We will assess your hair’s condition and history, discuss your goals, and perform strand or bleach tests if needed. This ensures we work safely and plan realistic results. 2. Know What You Want To help us understand your vision, please bring photos of your desired colour and clearly explain what you love and expect. Results may vary depending on your hair's current state and past treatments. 3. Patch Test If you’ve never had colour with us or it’s been over 6 months, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is essential for your safety. Without it, we cannot perform the service. 4. Realistic Results & Hair Health Some colour transformations—like dark to blonde—may require multiple sessions. We will only proceed if it’s safe for your hair. Maintaining healthy hair is always our first priority. 5. Time Commitment for Colour Services Bleaching, balayage, and highlights can take several hours depending on your hair. Please keep your day free and avoid rushing. Quality takes time, and we won’t compromise your results or hair condition. 6. Aftercare We’ll provide tailored advice and recommend suitable products to protect and maintain your colour at home. Good aftercare ensures lasting results. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp, phone (07777 711698), or in person.
