Please take a moment to review our policy: Consultation: Every appointment begins with a short consultation to understand your style, hair condition, and desired outcome. Hair Wash Available: If your hair is not clean, we are happy to offer a professional hair wash upon request (additional charges apply). Blow-Dry Styles: Clients can choose between a simple straight finish or curly blow-dry. Please inform your stylist of your preference during the consultation. Timeliness: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, subject to availability. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance only via WhatsApp or telephone on 07777 711698, or in person at the salon. Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will not be refunded, and 100% of the service fee will be charged. Children & Guests: Children aged 3 and over are welcome. Guests not receiving a service are kindly asked to wait in the seating area. Satisfaction Policy: If you're not fully satisfied with your haircut or blow-dry, please contact us within 5 days for a complimentary adjustment (when appropriate).
