Cancellation Policy
Lash Extension Policy Blondy and Girls Hair and Beauty At Blondy and Girls, we use only the world’s best and most luxurious lash brands for safe, elegant, and long-lasting results. 1. Patch Test All new clients must have a patch test 24–48 hours before treatment. No patch test = no service. 2. Luxury Products We use only premium, globally trusted lash brands to ensure quality and comfort. 3. Arrival Time Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit may be lost. 4. Aftercare We provide full aftercare instructions. Poor aftercare may affect results and void service guarantees. 5. Infills Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. After 4 weeks or if less than 40% of lashes remain, a full set is required. Cancellations & Deposits (UK Law Compliant) A non-refundable deposit is required for all lash bookings. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations must be in writing by email, WhatsApp, or SMS/text. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited. We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Remote bookings may be cancelled within 14 days unless the service is scheduled sooner. 6. Medical Conditions Please tell us about any eye conditions, allergies, or recent procedures. We may refuse treatment for your safety. 7. Refunds No refunds are given. However, if you experience an issue, contact us within 48 hours for a free review and possible correction.
