Cancellation Policy
Microblading Policy At Blondy and Girls Hair and Beauty, we provide high-standard microblading services performed by fully qualified, licensed, insured, and council-registered professionals in compliance with all UK regulations. ✅ Client Eligibility We only accept clients aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID is required. We do not treat clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or medically unsuitable. A full consultation and patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment. ✅ Patch Test & Consultation A patch test must be completed in person, even if you have had microblading elsewhere before. All clients must complete a medical and consent form. If you have a medical condition (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or immune issues), we may require a GP letter for approval. ❌ We Cannot Treat Clients Who: Are under 18 Are pregnant or breastfeeding Have uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy, bleeding disorders, or skin infections in the brow area Use medications such as Roaccutane, steroids, antibiotics, or blood thinners Have had Botox/fillers in the brow area within the past 4 weeks Have a history of keloid scarring Have known allergies to pigment or anaesthetic (unless cleared by a patch test) ✅ Qualifications & Insurance All microblading services are carried out by NVQ, VTCT, or ABT-certified professionals. We are insured and council-licensed, and meet all hygiene and safety standards as required by UK law. 💷 Booking Deposit & Cancellation A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be lost. Cancellations or reschedules must be made via WhatsApp, phone at 07777 711698, or email hello@blondyandgirls.co.uk. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable. 🧼 Health & Safety We use single-use disposable tools and follow strict sterilisation and PPE protocols. Our salon is fully compliant with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and local authority licensing requirements. 📝 Aftercare Full aftercare advice is provided verbally and in writing. Clients are expected to follow instructions to prevent infection, poor healing, or fading. A top-up session is recommended after 4–6 weeks to complete the treatment.
