Cancellation Policy
Nail, Manicure & Pedicure Service Policy Blondy and Girls Hair and Beauty – UK Health & Safety Compliant At Blondy and Girls, your safety and satisfaction are our priority. Hygiene & Safety Tools are sterilised in an autoclave and cleaned with medical-grade alcohol after each client. Single-use items are disposed of, and fresh towels/linens are provided for every service. Technicians use PPE and follow UK health & safety standards. Client Care We use TPO-free products and the best brands in the nail industry for safe, lasting results. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections before your treatment. Services may be refused if skin/nail conditions are unsafe to treat. Aftercare advice is always given. Bookings & Cancellations Reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Cancellations under 24 hours or missed appointments are charged 100%. If staff are unavailable, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp/phone, and a full refund will be made to your bank account. Commitment We use professional, cruelty-free products and fully qualified NVQ/VTCT technicians. Your nail health and experience are always our priority. Removal vs. Manicure Please remember that a gel, BIAB, or acrylic removal (take-off) is not a manicure. Removal is simply the process of taking off the product, not a full nail service. Both services require our time, materials, products, and effort — so please do not expect a manicure result from a simple removal price. 💡 For your nail health, sometimes our technicians may ask if you’d like the base gel removed 100% or if you prefer leaving a thin protective layer. This helps reduce the risk of natural nails breaking after full removal. 🚫 Important Policy We do not accept removals from other salons for new clients unless you are booking additional services with us. •.
