Cancellation Policy
1. Age Requirements Clients must be 16+ for waxing services. Clients under 16 need written parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Intimate waxing (Hollywood, Brazilian, bikini) is not offered to anyone under 16. For ages 16–17, written consent is required. 2. Hygiene Please shower and arrive with clean skin before your appointment. This ensures comfort and hygiene for both you and your therapist. 3. Medical Conditions Please inform us before booking if you: Are using skin-thinning products (e.g. Retin-A, Accutane) Have sunburn, rashes, or open wounds Are pregnant or have sensitive skin Had recent laser, chemical peels, or exfoliation 4. Aftercare After waxing, avoid for 24–48 hours: Hot showers, saunas, sunbeds, tight clothing, and heavy workouts Exfoliate gently after 2–3 days to prevent ingrown hairs 5.
